Andrea Pienovi Baffaro is a lifetime resident of NE Portland. She has passionately been helping clients with their real estate needs since 1999. Growing up, living and working in Portland has given Andrea a unique perspective of the city that’s unparalleled. Due to her extensive knowledge of Portland, she brings a distinct advantage to her clients on the home buying and selling process.

Each neighborhood has its own characteristics and personality. She is able to translate her knowledge and experience of an area to best assist her clients in making the wisest decisions.

“Personal touch is the key to any successful real estate transaction,” says Andrea. When first meeting her clients, she begins to cultivating a relationship built on trust and respect as she believes it is the foundation to a successful transaction.

Working one-on-one with her clients gives Andrea the ability to listen and tailor her service to each individual’s wants and needs. She says, “I don’t hand my clients off to a team member. I personally walk each one through every step of the process.”

During her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband of 40+ years and her three grown children, working out at the gym and whipping up a favorite dish in the kitchen. She attended Portland State University and the University of Oregon.

According to Andrea, “We live in a fast-paced, high stress world. If I can bring a calming and helpful approach to what can sometimes be a stressful experience, I have served my clients well.”
